Position : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
\n
Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000

Key Responsibilities
\n
\n - Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including functional behaviorassessments (FBAs), as appropriate.
\n - Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans based onassessment results and client needs.
\n - Design and implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)programs.
\n - Establish measurable treatment goals and monitor progress toward those goals.
\n - Review and analyze clinical data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and makedata-driven program modifications.
\n - Provide ongoing clinical oversight and supervision of Registered BehaviorTechnicians (RBTs), behavior technicians, and other direct-care staff.
\n - Provide supervision and mentorship to staff pursuing BCBA/BCaBA certificationwhen applicable.
\n - Conduct regular caregiver and family training and provide support to promotegeneralization of skills across environments.
\n - Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, speech-language pathologists,occupational therapists, and other professionals as appropriate.
\n - Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation, progress notes,treatment plans, and reports.
\n - Communicate treatment progress and recommendations effectively with familiesand relevant stakeholders.
\n - Ensure services are delivered in accordance with the BACB Ethics Code,applicable laws, payer requirements, and organizational policies.
\n - Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professionaldevelopment.
\n - Maintain client confidentiality and uphold HIPAA and other applicable privacyrequirements.
\n - Promote a respectful, supportive, and culturally responsive environment forclients, families, and team members.
\n - Perform other clinical duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
\n
\n - Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special education, or a related field.
\n - Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board(BACB).
\n - 1 year experience providing ABA services and developing individualized behavior programs.
\n - Strong understanding of behavioral principles, assessment procedures, data analysis, and evidence-based ABA practices.
\n - Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
\n - Ability to work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinaryteams.
\n - Commitment to ethical and client-centered care.
\n

Preferred Qualifications
\n
\n - Experience working with children and/or adults with autism spectrum disorderand related developmental disabilities.
\n - Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and functional analyses,when clinically appropriate.
\n - Experience supervising RBTs or other behavioral staff.
\n - Experience providing caregiver training.
\n - Experience working across home, clinic, school, or community settings.
\n - Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems(CentralReach).
\n - Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
